Context

A global mobility OEM engaged Bejo to rapidly ideate, prototype and validate a next-generation connected customer experience platform. With mounting pressure from digital-native competitors and shifting customer expectations, the organisation needed to move from ambitious vision to tangible, validated concepts—fast. Bejo facilitated three intensive Supercharged Sprints (II), blending cross-functional stakeholders, customers and design-thinking expertise to co-create breakthrough solutions grounded in real-world insight.

Problem statement
  • Multiple innovation concepts existed across the organisation but lacked customer validation, commercial viability testing, or a clear path to market
