These terms cover use of the website only. Our work for clients is covered by separate contracts.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Bejo Ltd. "You" means anyone using our site.
How can you use our site?
You can browse, read and share our site for your own information, free of charge.
You must not use our site in any way that breaks the law or these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply when you use our site.
Will our site always be available?
We aim to keep our site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
We provide our site "as is". We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice. We are not responsible if it is unavailable for any period.
Who owns the content on our site?
We own, or have permission to use, everything on our site.
This includes text, designs, images, video, code, graphics and the Bejo name and logo. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

What about the client work we show?
We show client work with our clients' permission, and their names and marks belong to them.
Client names, logos, trade marks and designs shown in our portfolio belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean the owner endorses this site, or gives you any right to use them.
If you own content on our site and think we are using it wrongly, please email bookings@bejo.uk. Tell us what the content is, where it appears and why. We will look into it promptly and remove it if appropriate.
Can you rely on what our site says?
Our site gives general information only, and it is not professional advice.
Do not rely on it when making decisions. Speak to us or another adviser about your own situation. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is.
What is not allowed?
Use our site fairly and lawfully.

If you use our site as a consumer
Our site is for business and personal information only. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, business or opportunity.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was foreseeable. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Yes. We update them when our site or the law changes.

What else do you need to know?
These last points explain how these terms work legally.
- If part of these terms is invalid. If a court decides any part is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No rights for anyone else. Only you and we can enforce these terms. Nobody else has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- If we do not act straight away. If we delay enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.
