As a Senior Growth Consultant you will:
  • Drive Growth: Proactively identify and open new opportunities to bring our work to ambitious companies that need our capabilities. Oversee growth / business development initiatives and ensure achievement of set targets.
  • Prospect and Connect: Manage a pipeline of potential clients, prospecting and connecting with them as the first point of contact to explore and qualify opportunities.
  • Set the Stage: Secure and coordinate meetings between prospects and our consulting leadership team. Ensure every interaction starts strong.
  • Lead the Charge: Execute outbound campaigns that grab attention and drive engagement. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to promote business growth and expansion.
  • Own our Content: Manage our digital platforms—website, LinkedIn—to capture and nurture leads effectively.
About You
  • You’ll have a proven track record in consulting business development or sales, ideally within a consultancy or creative agency.
  • You’ll be skilled at building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities.
  • You’ll bring stellar communication skills, capable of cutting through the noise and making an impact.
  • You’ll excel in organization, managing multiple leads and campaigns with ease.
  • You’ll be tech-savvy, with experience in CRM tools and digital platforms like LinkedIn.
  • You’ll be driven, ambitious, and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
